Brand building and life building.

You take the time to build your brand so that years from now, you’re no longer chasing sales. Your brand is providing the lead generation for you. You serve your people, do your work. Which introduces balance.

Because there is this piece of business building that's not being talked about enough...how is your work a sustainable part of your life?

Build your own meaning.

Mental health awareness, mediation, and yoga have all boomed in the last few years. Which, of course, is a very good thing.

But it’s as if we’re always being pulled in two directions. On the work side, we glorify working long hours and being the proverbial entrepreneur — taking wild risks and never backing down.

And then there’s this whole other side now which talks about how our stress is killing us (which, of course, it is) and how we need to relax, do yoga, prioritize sleep, drink enough water, meditate, oh and don’t forget nature therapy.

How are we supposed to navigate this?

Work a ton but make it seem effortless. Be healthy and present and never complain but also wear your busyness as a badge of honor.

Walking the tightrope between these worlds feels like it’s only making us more stressed.
